The management of Green Tree Pharmacy strives to provide an environment and channels of communication necessary for the free flow of information from Administration to employees, as well as communication from employees to Administration. The mechanism for transmitting information shall include, but not be limited to: The Employee Handbook, departmental meetings, employee publications, letters and information mailed to employees’ departments or homes, e-mails, payroll stuffers, and informational employee meetings. All Green Tree Pharmacy employees are encouraged to provide suggestions that would benefit the Company. A suggestion is a specific proposal which identifies a practice or situation which can be improved to reduce cost, ensure safety, and enhance residents’ experiences. The suggestion should also present a solution to the problem. Suggestions may be submitted to the employee’s Department Supervisor or Human Resources.
