The mechanism for transmitting information shall include, but not be limited to: The Employee Handbook, departmental meetings, employee publications, letters and information mailed to employees’ departments or homes, e-mails, payroll stuffers, and informational employee meetings. Employee communication throughout the organization is encouraged.

 

All Green Tree Pharmacy employees are encouraged to provide suggestions that would benefit the Company. A suggestion is a specific proposal which identifies a practice or situation which can be improved to reduce cost, ensure safety, and enhance residents’ experiences. The suggestion should also present a solution to the problem. Suggestions may be submitted to the employee’s Department Supervisor or Human Resources.
